• 4 Different Methods for Securing the Bags:
  • Webbing Strap can be looped around doorknob or door handle and padlocked to door. Adaptable to most door handles.
  • Chain is looped around doorknob and secured with a padlock.
  • Chain & Clamp: U-clamp is hooked over top of door with bag hanging from chain. Door is locked in usual manner, which holds U-clamp in place.
  • Web Hanger: U-clamp is covered with webbing. Hung over top of door with bag hanging from chain. Door is locked in usual manner, which holds U-clamp in place.

•  Two Ways to Use Bags
  1. Bags are keyed alike or master-keyed and the lab courier receives a key to open all bags. Physician packs specimens into bag, locks it and places bag on the outside of the door. Lab courier opens each bag, removes specimens and delivers them to the lab. Results are returned by phone, fax or mail.
  2. Bags are master-keyed and padlocks are keyed alike. The courier only has the key to the padlocks and removes the locked bag to deliver to the lab, replacing it with another locked bag. The replacement bag may contain results from previous tests. Method # 2 cannot be used with bags which hook over door with U-Clamp.

Manufactured bags ship 25-30 business days from receipt of order. All bags (regardless of if it has personalization or not) are custom manufactured to order, unless specifically listed as stock (links for stock versions are in item description).

Need them quicker? We have a Quick Ship Policy and a Custom Express option which ship sooner depending on your needs.

Quick Ship Policy — Any plain, manufactured bag can ship in one week from receipt of order. There will be a 10% upcharge for this service. We consider a bag plain if it has no imprint or embroidery. Bags with any of our standard windows qualify for this program, with the window costs added to the cost of the bag. Quantity minimums still apply. Some quantity restrictions may apply for this service.

Any embroidered bag can ship in one week from receipt of order. There will be a 35% upcharge for this service.

Any imprinted or embroidered bag can ship within two weeks from receipt of order. There will be a 20% upcharge for this service.
